Stephanie Wells, B.A., LL.B. (Hons)
Solicitor (England and Wales, 2001)

After completing her B.A. in Melbourne, Stephanie Wells came to England in 1993 to study law. She completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, joined International Family Law Chambers in June 1997 and was called to the Bar in the Inner Temple in November 1997.

She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in July 2001 and aims to qualify in Australia as well, in order to contribute more effectively to the increasingly international practise of family law.

Stephanie has a particular interest in the law governing cohabitation and defacto relationships. She has also developed a niche practice in international enforcement of financial orders.
